  Request for Disability Hardship Review – Allegro Credit / Miracle-Ear Financing My family is seeking compassionate review regarding a hearing aid financing account through Allegro Credit associated with Miracle-Ear. The patient is permanently disabled and lives on a fixed annual income of approximately $26,000. The hearing aids were medically necessary and financed in 2024 with an original balance of $6,720. Since opening the account, every monthly payment has been made on time and in good faith. Despite these consistent payments, the remaining balance exceeds $5,000, and the required monthly payment of $152 now represents approximately 15% of total household income. This level of obligation is no longer financially sustainable for someone living solely on disability benefits. Multiple requests for hardship consideration or payment accommodation have been submitted and declined. We are not seeking to avoid responsibility, but rather asking for reasonable disability-based consideration such as payment modification, interest clarification, or hardship relief consistent with medical necessity and fixed income limitations. We hope Allegro Credit and Miracle-Ear will review this situation at a higher level and work toward a humane resolution. We would welcome direct contact to discuss available options.   I just got my hearing aid at the Griffin store , and I love it and Myra Wilson is great very professional,patient,understanding taking her time helping and explaining every detail,I’ve been know I’ve need a hearing aid for years but was not able to afford one.But Myra told me about the Miracle Ear Foundation and I was able to get my hearing aid,I’m so happy to have a company that really care about there clients. Very special company and people that work for them ,there receptionist is awesome and caring also, I can’t say enough about Miracle Ear, and Myra Wilson , Thank you for being a caring company and care people working for you. It’s just amazing how I can enjoy hearing everything again , Miracle-Ear and Myra Wilson is a Blessing
