After the appointment they said that my insurance didn't cover their services (which later on I figured out that they didn't file under the right insurance plan) and I had to pay over $100. Additionally to that, Dr Titak was so busy that he was in and out of the room over 7 times, talked over me like I was a child, scolded me for things I said or didn't even listen, and proceeded to give me services I didn't consent to, which hiked up my bill. The eye exam he did was wrong and I ended up having to get another vision exam by another provider a month later in order to rectify it. All these great reviews and yet I had the worst experience, it's absolutely disappointing.
