- RBRon Bridgefarnmer6 days ago5.0If you are in need of a Neurosurgeon, Look NO further. Dr. Grunch is the real deal. In October 2019, she was blessed with fixing my neck which had already had 9 surgeries. Not to mention my MRI revealed that my last surgery in May 2011 the fusion did not take and all of the bone was gone even though all of my MRI reviews by Gainesville Radiology said there was no problem at C7. Ha Ha. Anyways Drl Grunch fused me from C2 to T2 and pretty much locked my neck down to fix all of my previous problems. I would travel to New York, Chicago, Los Angeles if she moved to one of them. Trust me, you will be in good hands with her and her assistants.
