- KMKristine Mitchell3 days ago1.0I started working with home instead in January of 2025. I became very ill and had to quit and they took me back in February 25th. I loved this job until I was put in house with mildew and mold. I told them I didn’t want to go and that wasn’t an option to them. I did have a very bad bacterial infection which lasted 4 days because of it. The schedulers were very rude. They were only going to give me just one day a week if I could not go to this clients house. I then made up my mind it was time for me to quit. I love helping others and being a light for older generations but when I get treated like scum I don’t want too.

She has had a great time before one of the schedulers here forced my wife to work in a house with black mold on the door frames and ceilings. She came home and felt sick. She went to urgent care and they diagnosed her with a bad bacterial infection. Lasted 4 days now. The owners of the home and workers claimed they went to check on the environment of the home but they lied and never went. So lazy!! All my wife was trying to do is her dream job with the elderly and make a living to help support our family. They were forcing her to quit or let her go if she didn't go into the house with black mold.

Her incredible staff took care of my sister while she was ill. I can't say enough wonderful things about the individuals who worked with Pam. EVERY caretaker was experienced, knowledgeable, empathetic, and caring. They made the very best of a bad situation. You simply won't find better people!
