My designer sunglasses were sadly lost by UPS en route from the lab. Mario made sure that this inconvenience & disappointment was handled with the utmost professionalism and that I walked out even happier than I was before my Gucci sunglasses were lost by UPS. Mario listened to my concerns and solved every single one of my problems; ultimately surpassing my expectations. My appointment was scheduled for 1:00 p.m., and I arrived early at 12:45. After completing paperwork and looking at the glasses, I waited well over an hour without being seen. I was even told I was “next,” only to watch another customer who had just arrived be taken back instead. The office seemed disorganized and poorly managed. I felt like they had no regard for their patients time. I ended up having to leave without ever seeing the doctor because the delay made me late for another appointment.
