I have several serious foot issues and the Orthotist (Onny) fitting me was very sweet, listened to what I was needing to say and took that into account when helping fit me for my orthotics. She has also been very helpful in helping adjust the fit as well. The other employees in the practice that I have spoken to have also been very pleasant and helpful as well.
