I’ve had a mixed experience with my kids' pediatrician. On one hand, the nurses and the nurse practitioner are fantastic. They’re always friendly and great with the kids, making our visits much more pleasant. However, I've found it really frustrating that getting someone on the phone is nearly impossible. It seems like no one answers, which can be a big issue when you need to ask questions or make appointments.
As for the doctor, I sometimes feel judged during our visits, which doesn’t make for the best experience as a parent. Overall, while the staff is kind and caring, the phone communication needs serious improvement, and the doctor's attitude could use some work. I wish they could fix these issues, I really like the office and possibility of after hours care when needed, but we have found an alternative and are hoping for the best.
