  They are professional but friendly. They are quick to fill things. They have a drive through. Lots of pharmacy folks so a line moves quick

  I was shopping for my groceries and heard one of the guy mangers threaten one of the Starbucks girls if she didn’t go somewhere he would terminate her which is so outrageous concerning what’s going on right now with this world. I felt really bad and his attitude towards the workers made me really upset. If that was my manager I would’ve gone off. I hope someone gives him a talk on how to treat someone with respect.

  I have used other Kroger pharmacies that are excellent but this one has yet to be able to refill rx correctly for my daughter and myself for the last 6 months in a row. I have talked to them face to face, called and tried online but no success. I will be assured that our order is ready and then have 1 of only 5 or 6 actually there waiting on us. We are now looking for a new pharmacy. Hamilton Mill Kroger is the one I highly recommend.

  Typically I don't have an issue with this pharmacy but today was the breaking point. My son is on a seizure medication. His dose had been changed recently that was causing some bad side effects. I called his neurologist and had them send over a new script. They changed his dose to 1 1/2 pill twice daily. I made sure before heading up there that it was ready, because that has been a problem with this pharmacy not having things ready. I get there to pick it up and made sure the dose and medication was correct. I noticed none of the pills were cut so I went back to the counter and asked if they could cut them for me. The pharmacist behind the counter said "We don't cut pills here. There are pill cutters down at the end of the counter." I got irritated because this is a big deal that people at home should not have to do. I want to guarantee my son's medicine is the correct dose. But the trained professionals won't guarantee this for my son. This is irresponsible and neglectful.

  my husband has pneumonia and the doctor's scripts didn't get there until 8:30 that evening...I was told that I couldn't have them until the next day, but Ed intervened and said that they can take care of it before they closed that same evening! Those extra hours of my husband's treatments improved his recovery drastically. Thank you to Ed and his great staff for providing the care my family needs ! Words will never express my gratitude....
