Have had continual problems with getting prescriptions within a reasonable time. When I moved here, there were all kinds of problems getting my prescriptions moved from another Kroger store. They would say the prescriptions would be ready and then when I went to pick them up, they were totally clueless on the transfer. They told me a prescription would be ready on Monday; I went to get it and was told they did not have it and I would have to wait till Thursday for the prescription. When I called Thursday to see if it was ready, they told me it had not come in and they didn’t really know when it would come in and didn’t seem to care that I had been waiting 4 days for a prescription and still didn’t have it. I even suggested myself, for them to try another Kroger pharmacy nearby to see if they had it. They said no one had it ;and for me to try CVS. I moved all my prescriptions to Walmart who could order it and receive it the next day

I have been using this Kroger pharmacy for almost 3 years and up until about 3-4 months ago they were great had no problems! Now I call for a refill or go up to get a refill and they ask when I want to pick it up and I usually say within an hour, I go back two hours later and they still haven’t finished it! Not to mention they have told me it was being filled at a different location several times when I haven’t filled anywhere else. I am not sure what is going on but I am tired of it and will be looking into changing pharmacy’s because this has gotten ridiculous.
