  The ladies were so nice. I did not wait maybe a minute. They was on time , they were professional and they were so friendly. They took care of me and I was in and out of there in no time. Thank you ladies for a smooth visit.

  Had a sick 2 year old all weekend and after exhausting all efforts at home we finally made an appt at MainStreet. Karly (NP) and the rest of the staff were so amazing. They got us called back quick and determined what was wrong with our sweet boy! I have never had a bad experience at MainStreet and will continue to use them as long as Karly is there!

  Everyone who works here are amazing. But the company is not deserving of them. Main street family care needs to figure out what's more important. Is it patient or profit. Is it patient or a stupid survey. I have seen many things in my life but nothing like this. I was embarrassed for them. Top management needs to get their heads out of sand.

  NP was great and friendly, but the tech that checked us in was not the least bit friendly and it was very obvious she has no pride in her job or care or concern for the patient. She is there for one thing and one thing only - a paycheck!
