    I came February 24,2026 too get blood drawn & etc … I seen Renee in laboratory too get blood drawn , very emotional about the visit that I had I was told that I was dehydrated but Renee decided too try & take blood from me anyway squeezing my arm with the needle still inside my arm I’m not in the medical field but I’m sure that’s not the routine for drawing blood she tried both of my arms & took 3 tubes of blood from me .. I got a call back same day that I needed to come back to get redo everything pee sample everything … I wanted cry my arms was sore I was in pain in my arm and look at my arm !!! She was rude & nasty to me telling me too not move the pin pad & I moved it a little and she was mad at me telling me” I told you not to move it “ I told her I apologized she was like “that’s why we tell yall not to touch it “ I would like to talk to corporate about this matter please..

    This review is solely based on my experience for a biometric screening. I scheduled the appointment online and received a confirmation email. Upon entering the driveway there were signs to direct me to the correct entrance for Quest. Enter the Main entrance and take the elevator to the 2nd floor then make a right when exiting the elevator. It's easy to find and I appreciated the signs providing direction. Upon entering the room I first noticed that it appeared to be clean and then I read the instructions on how to check-in. It was easy to use the kiosk. It was a short wait before I was called back. The lab tech was pleasant and professional. It was a very easy process and I was in and out in no time. It was a much better experience from the other lab company I visited last year in Riverdale.

    I’ve been here several times, but after my last experience, I will not be going back. My phlebotomist was Kyara/Kiara (?) and she was extremely rude. The blood draw hurt much more than usual and I was bruised for about a week. She also had on very long fake nails, which seems unprofessional and impractical for this job and might contribute to why it wasn’t a good stick.

    I've been to this lab a multiple times it's conveniently located near one of my projects. The staff here is very unprofessional. Everyone at this location is not rude, but there are some lab techs that are. I'd rather just go to another facility.
