  My experience at this Piedmont location has left me enlightened and empowered. Dr. Thomas and the entire staff were exceptionally outstanding and supportive. I felt like I was at home, everyone was so positive, not just because of Piedmont’s protocol of top notch service- there was an authentic connection here. Kudos to all. Sincerely, Keith L. Brown.

  Don’t go here! Both my son and I have gone seeing different Doctors!!! We both felt like numbers and unheard! My sons Doctor Dr Loman retired & no one told him so he could find a different physician! I go and felt like my doctor Dr Liu was hanging on to the doorknob to leave the whole visit. We didn’t even discuss family history she read what was in chart and while I was trying to tell her my concerns about family history she was dismissive and rushed. I continued to discuss family history forcing her to listen but she was dismissive and even chucked @ 3 occasions on something I said to her about my medical condition!!! So much so that I said it may sound funny but it’s very serious to me & she said nothing!!! She repeated this behavior! Shame on you Dr for your unprofessionalism today. Hold yourself accountable!! So incredibly disappointing because it is a nice facility BUT that’s it!!! Peidmont is in a race to build up clinics so fast it cares nothing on the quality of its patients. I’m on my 2nd Peidmont Doctor & Sad experience. I go in with a small list of things to talk about and leave with less than half addressed!!! Right now it’s January & they said appointments booked until April- May so getting back in takes forever!!!!! I’m incredibly deflated & disappointed!!! I want quality care not a 5 minute oil change!!! Read the other reviews! I wish I did before my visit!!! I arrived for what i thought was an annual physical with no co-pay but was told that it doesn’t include bloodwork which is what I wanted! So I had to do a sick new patient visit so I could discuss my problems because I wasn’t allowed to in an annual visit! I paid co-pay so I could discuss issues but this whole visit was useless!! I’m concerned how my results will be relayed and if I’ll get a charge outside of my insurance as other reviewers have stated!!! I’ll update on that later!!! Look elsewhere if not trust me, you’ll see….

  I have been a patient of piedmont physican for over 10yrs. The care is always top-tier. Every Dr. and nurse I've worked with had always been caring, professional and has always listened to me. I always recommend piedmont physicians to everyone that's looking for top-tier doctors and treatment

  Waited 4 months for a new patient appt with Dr Oh. 3 weeks before appt the office called to say that she decided to take vacation that week, thus my appt will be rescheduled, and the earliest they can get me in is ANOTHER 4 months from now. Very unprofessional. If my appt is canceled by them after I already waited so long, they should have made every effort to squeeze me in within a reasonable time frame. What happened to the days when physicians cared about their patients? Or perhaps the bigger problem is that Piedmont, who gobbled up all the private practices, is the healthcare company too big to care. Either way, it sadly appears the patient ranks last.
