  I had left a review a while back when I was supposed to go to by appointment but I was upset because my appointment was canceled due to lately but it was due to closing off the road. I was truly upset but I have to take back what I said that time because I read it to that same traffic again but I made it and my appointment was canceled everybody was really I was upset with the doctor because of the rule but I understand you got to have the rules but I got a chance to get into to get a chance to meet her so I have to take back what I said or about previous comment that I made because they was wonderful so sorry

  The Billing is ridiculous to say the least and I wouldn't recommend seeing any physician connected with Piedmont. Per Amy M. in the billing dept. they bill based on diagnosis not the length of time. My 13 minute visit which included one tube of blood work equalled a 30-44 minute visit YEAH RIGHT. They OVER CHARGED MY INSURANCE TWICE ALREADY. Billed a higher consult then submitted a duplicate bill then submitted a corrected claim but still over charging. I guess these folks are in need of money after losing so much when Covid happen. From the moment I walked in I should've just turned around and walked out. The front desk had an unpleasant look on her face the little bit that I was able to see of her like me being there bothered her. They didn't explain that they bill based on diagnosis instead of length of time like most MD's do. The sad part is I work for a Speciality Provider Group in the billing dept and we don't bill based on what the patient's diagnosis. If we did we would be billing ridiculous amounts . What this practice is doing is unethical! Wake up folks most people don't know about billing and these folks are OVERCHARGING. RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION!

  I had a truly excellent experience with Dr. Lohiya From the very first visit, she took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and thoroughly explained my diagnosis and treatment options. I never felt rushed, and she always made sure I understood everything before moving forward.
