The store manager at this location initially agreed to provide Tootsie Rolls for a nonprofit event centered around children. During our conversation, she mentioned that only the chocolate Tootsie Rolls were available at that time and encouraged me to come pick them up. I explained that I would wait for the next truck, which she said would arrive within the following week and include other varieties of Tootsie Rolls. If there is a policy in place regarding solicitation or donations, the manager—of all people—should be fully aware of it and communicate that clearly when such inquiries are made. Instead, I later learned that the information I was given was incorrect, which was very disappointing. This situation is disheartening, especially since the children were looking forward to receiving Tootsie Rolls for their goody bags after completing the Children's Business Fair. The Children's Business Fair is a meaningful event that gives young aspiring entrepreneurs the opportunity to showcase their businesses, practice leadership, and generate sales. It’s unfortunate that this misunderstanding and lack of consistency may affect their experience.

They just upgraded the machines finally so that's good but outside of that I'd rather go to the Fayetteville location. They are nice, professional and clean.
