  This review is for Newnan Wellness center. It is impossible to get an appointment with the services provided. For example I was there today for 10:30 appointment and next one I could get was 1st of April. The Reiki person is amazing but only works there on Mondays and Wednesdays. This is not enough for the amount of cancer patients and the money we spent at your hospital.

  We take private swim lessons hear and my son lives his instructor Diego. The facility is clean and they have lots of activities going on. There are 6 lanes, a hot tub, and a warm therapy pool.

  I have been a member here for over four years, so this review comes from long-term experience. Over time, the facility has noticeably deteriorated. Cleanliness is just okay, and amenities that used to be standard are no longer available like locker room toiletries. Services like massages have been inconsistent, but the bigger issue has been the overall decline in care and attention to the member experience. The most frustrating part has been the membership handling. In November, I went in to pause my membership due to international travel plans. Since then, I’ve submitted paperwork three separate times, yet my card continues to be charged. When I follow up in person, the manager is not available, and despite repeated attempts, I have not received a single callback or resolution to date. What should have been a simple pause request has now turned into me trying to cancel my membership altogether due to the lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through. This has been especially disappointing as a long-standing member. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this gym based on the customer experience and how membership concerns are handled.
