The pharmacy at Kroger at Banks Station is the only pharmacy that I have interacted with in those 18 years that has put patient care front and center. The staff is caring and prompt and I never feel that I am bothering them when I have a question or concern. Concerns are immediately resolved as possible. I am so thankful that we transferred our families's prescriptions to this pharmacy.

This guy follows the conversation with terrible customer service they were completely out of one of my prescriptions. I asked for a transfer of my prescriptions and they guy behind the counter refused. He told me that i had to call a place that had it and tell them to call him and HE MAY ANSWER THE PHONE so i can have it transferred. -____- he just better be glad im saved.
