Three times this year I requested the pharmacist to correct my prescription from 90 days to 30 days per my doctor's original prescription and 3 times I asked them to update their computers accordingly. And 3 times they did not. One time, I got the medication in the brand box. They didn't even count them out and put them in a regular medicine bottle. OMG The flat out ignoring of a customer's and physician request is outrageous. When they rotate with non-regular pharmacists we get younger staff who prefer to chit chat with each without paying attention to instructions in their computer note section. And if you try to talk to them, they snap at you so all you can do is take your medication and leave. So incredibly unprofessional.

I have been using them for a number of years and have never had a problem. Sometimes it takes longer for them to get medications shipped in, but I'm fairly sure that's out of their control. They are always courteous, friendly and helpful.
