  Got here at 15 past the hour for my :20 appointment. They were already 3 people behind and had only had 3 people that morning so far, so via math they start minimum 30mins late. 2 people asked for the TV volume to be turned down, running a quest commercial on a loop. The needle stick was good, and the work itself great. One of the biggest failures of these remotely managed labs.

  Phlebotomist (her name begins with a R) did a great job knowledgeable and professional. My new “go-to” if given a choice for any bloodwork!

  Waited a little longer than expected but as fast as Pam was and as good as she is I made it to my next appointment in time. I also noticed no bruising or pain the day off, the next and even 3 days later. This has been a truly pleasant experience.

  I have had the worst experience trying to obtain the actual results of my Biometric exam from Quest. The keep sending my to their customer solutions dept that is absolutely useless!!!! I have never encountered this issue before with them. But, going forward I will no longer utilize their service through my employer. They are not helpful at ALL! PERIOD!!!!
