  If you want any kind of diagnosis or treatment do not go here. They fail to diagnose and provide accurate services. Staff and providers (no doctor available) need education and better training.

  Avoid at all costs! Went for a simple 10 minute office visit to confirm the flu, Piedmont charged $695. Don't pay with insurance, request self pay, you will save 70%. Extremely disappointed.

  The assistants and front desk staff were friendly and great. Unfortunately, the doctors here are a combination of incompetent and lazy. My wife went here 3 times and they have rushed her out without properly diagnosing her every time. They refused to run any of the proper tests and told her that if she gets any worse the next day to just go to the emergency room instead. We went to a different doctor and got properly diagnosed instead.

  I came in and was greeted so kindly. The MA I had was attentive and gave me some tips that helped her too. She held a conversation with me and I felt like she was happy to talk to me, not like I was just another patient. One of the other MAs came and they were laughing together but including me. The whole vibe was just nice overall. The doctor listened to me and to my complaints, I felt very seen and heard. At the end of the visit, a different woman came in with my paperwork and made sure I knew my instructions and even made sure my medicine was sent to the right pharmacy!! Everyone was so nice, I definitely recommend coming here!!
