  Stretch Lab was definitely one for the books. I went in for a 1 on 1 25 min free stretching and I felt more energetic and stress free. Ms. Kelly was amazing and very helpful. I will be back for the 50 min session.

  Stretch Lab has been a tremendous addition to my personal care plan. As an older woman, I often feel stiff and tight. When I leave stretch lab, I feel taller 🤔 and looser in my joints. I’ve stretched with Brandon, Simone, Ryan and Xander so far and I can honestly say they are ALL really, really good. Every last one of them is personable and easy with their conversational flow. They truly have a team of “people” people working there and I enjoy my weekly time with them. I urge everyone to try a stretch at least once. You’ll be hooked!

  Love working with Brandon. I am by no means an athletic person. I really started stretching to get in better shape. Brandon is a great accountability partner. He won't let you slack off or sell yourself short. He helped me learn how to get the most out of my stretches, answered all my questions, and explained the best practices around stretching so I could continue to work on my own. Highly recommend him regardless of your fitness level.

  There needs to be a 6th star for Simone. I was very anxious about starting my health journey. Simone was kind and supportive. She walked me through the stretches I was nervous about and gave me additional steps to keep me on track. If you're nervous about starting, start with Simone.

  I worked with an Experienced flexologists that really assisted that help relieve soreness and tightness in my shoulders, neck, and hips. This is something I would have never went to in the past, and i wish I had because I think it would have prevented so much stiffness throughout then years and increased my flexibility. If you are thinking about trying Stretch Lab out, do it!!! Don’t second guess it, you are just prolonging unnecessary pain. Only speaking from experience. My sessions really relaxed me. I prefer getting stretches over massages now. Facility is nice and clean and the staff are very helpful and nice. Very welcoming!!! I would recommend 10/10.
