Dissatisfied with the customer service. While dropping off prescription I was greeted by the pharmacist saying "yes". The proper greeting is, "Hello how can I help you". I'm a paying customer and if you don't like your job don't take it out on the customers!!!

Very friendly staff. I was in a bind and trying to find a pharmacy that would straight up say yes we can fill it, saved me from having seizures and having to be admitted into a hospital. I’m disabled and can’t drive yet so Other pharmacies I got “we can’t tell you if we can fill it until you come in with the prescription”. I understand completely about letting people know how much medicine you have on hand. It’s a safety procedure there for a reason. I never asked how much they had on hand, just if they had enough to fill my prescription. I’ve gone to several pharmacies before and ended up costing me about $50.00 in Uber fare, each time. Because my Doctor is in GA and I live in North Augusta SC, the pharmacies here in SC have to call and verify and it’s a Saturday. Your friendly staff and pharmacist saved me tons of money on Uber fare. Thank you for answering one simple question.
Thanks Kroger
