  Yesterday 4/11/26 I attended my first ever Pilates class for my friend Sky birthday! It was a Pretty in Pink Pilates Party! The ambience of the room was amazing! Caroline our instructor was super patient, informative, and she had an amazing sense of humor! She really put a shine ✨on the workout with her personality! I can’t wait to take another class with her 💖💖

  I have had the best experience at club Pilates, Lisa’s 5am class are the only thing that keeps me going. Always starting of strong with challenging my brain so early in the morning. Love my Wednesday pick me up class with Amanda such a good mid week reset and treat. Love ending my weeks with Shanda and her center and balance after a long hard week of work!! I have noticed such a difference in my core strength and in my discipline. These instructors are really the best they are so encouraging no matter what and always cheer me up when having a bad day. I always say just book the class and do it then I will feel better.

  Club Pilates has been the best decision I’ve made for my physical and mental health. The instructors and staff are passionate, knowledgeable, supportive and kind. I start most of my days with Lisa. She never repeats content, no matter what days I come or classes I take with her! I love the gymnastics it does for my brain and my muscles each morning!
