  Let me start this by saying- the actual providers I see are amazing and I have never had an issue with them personally before, they both have been very helpful to me for 3 years. However, the Eastman office is one of the worst medical facilities I’ve ever been to. The front office is SO rude. They will cancel appointments that are recurring and have been scheduled weekly for months, but will not not inform you until YOU yourself call and told they’ve booked that spot for the next two weeks.. argue at the lobby window, as well as not give messages to therapist/doctor. These are things I’ve both experienced and witnessed with other patients. It’s so sad that this is a mental health facility where people are coming for help and are treated the way myself and many others have been. I would not recommend this place to anyone, the only reason I will continue to go is because of the provider I see. I hope something can be done soon so others do not have to keep experiencing this nasty behavior.

  Dr. Barton is an amazing doctor, very friendly & knowledgeable. He's the only doctor I've ever had that listens to me & actually treats my illness.
