Not a great experience with the retail staffs. Had to go in store three times until they helped me place a return. (Which could be avoided if they communicated properly) very disappointing experience. But the Optometrists were great , my eye exam went well with them.

I've been a loyal customer with lenscrafter for over 20 years. But this last experience I had was the worst. From purchasing the glasses to picking up my glasses. The staff was very unprofessional and had more attitude than the Jones'. On steroids. While picking up my glasses, they told me that they will send me a text, let me know when my glasses was ready. Arrived after 5 and then was told. I could not receive my glasses because the license eye doctor was gone for the day. Brent, in return, explain to me that it's the law that they could not give glasses out without a licensed eye doctor being in. His voice towards me was nasty. His coworkers were staring at me nastily, and this would be my last time ever doing business at lenscrafters. And for the ones that are reading this lenscrafter customer service in Camp Creek sucks. Will never shop at lens crafters again.

I had the displeasure of encountering Myla today. Her disposition was unwelcoming as well as unsettling. She displayed behavior that was not customary customer satisfaction as I was attempting to return an overpriced pair of prescriptions I had not received yet. She seemed to be more upset about the return and the policy I wanted to be honored, than how to resolve the concern with upmost customer service. As she clacked her unprofessional nails across the keyboard while processing my return she appeared to be displeased with the manager override to process my request. Very disappointing as my initial visit with Dee was absolutely great! Dee explained everything was helpful and friendly, a total difference from Myla, who definitely needs some corrective action on her customer service.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
