I had the displeasure of encountering Myla today. Her disposition was unwelcoming as well as unsettling. She displayed behavior that was not customary customer satisfaction as I was attempting to return an overpriced pair of prescriptions I had not received yet. She seemed to be more upset about the return and the policy I wanted to be honored, than how to resolve the concern with upmost customer service. As she clacked her unprofessional nails across the keyboard while processing my return she appeared to be displeased with the manager override to process my request. Very disappointing as my initial visit with Dee was absolutely great! Dee explained everything was helpful and friendly, a total difference from Myla, who definitely needs some corrective action on her customer service.

Autumn is great!!! She helped me through the entire process of selecting frames. Autumn went through the pricing with insurance and what I have to pay out of pocket. Autumn is the best.

Today I got a call to pickup contact lenses at 5:00 pm that were special ordered that took 4 weeks to get here. I asked the female that called what is the latest I can pick them up and she said 7 pm. I get here at 5:30 and the female with glasses and 2 puffs as a hairdo said I could not pick up because the latest is 5 pm. The inconvenience i suffered trying to get here was very traumatic and I left work early. I asked to speak to manager and female stated there is no manager and everyone left at 5 pm. Not to mention there was another female there. I know I have pickup up glasses there after 5 before so I was very confused as to why I couldn't get them this time. This was my 3rd year coming to this location and my last. I definitely won't return after I pickup mu daughter's glasses when they arrive. Very poor customer service!!

Two of the absolute best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I visited this location 2 weeks before I made my purchase and I was greeted with a smile and very detailed communication. Upon my return, I was greeted immediately upon entry by Darriane and she walked me through ordering my glasses, step by step. Grateful to have this breath of fresh air in our community. I wish I could give this location 10 stars.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
