Equipment was not properly sanitized between patients, and I did not observe employees washing their hands or following standard hygiene protocols. Rather than thorough cleaning, machines were only wiped down with alcohol pads, which did not appear sufficient for medical equipment. The staff also seemed rushed and did not maintain a professional atmosphere throughout the visit, including management. This took away from what could have been a great experience given how skilled the doctor is. I hope the office implements stronger sanitation practices and improves staff training, because proper hygiene and professionalism are essential in a healthcare setting especially when dealing with patients’ eyes.

It felt like harassment! My insurance has not changed. I had the insurance card…and I did paperwork on advance and still made an issue of it and took awhile to verify. They seemed very uncoordinated, confusing and unhelpful.
