  I had a pleasant experience during my recent optometrist appointment. The staff was polite and professional and respectful of my time, which I truly appreciated. Dr. Donofrio was informative, thorough, and demonstrated excellent patient care. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care.

  The optometrist, Dr. Peter was very professional and concerned about my health and eyesight. She took the time to explain everything to me so that I was very informed about what was transpiring with my eyes. She recommended thatI improve my health so that I’d have very good check up the next time. I never experienced this type of sincere concern from an eye doctor before. Keep it up you guys are on the right track taking care of people and their eyes.

  We scheduled our appointments online and immediately noticed an excessive amount of follow-up communication. Each of us received approximately eight text messages, and I personally received two phone calls to confirm my appointment and complete paperwork. Despite confirming multiple times and completing the intake forms, the messages continued. I even received a text two hours after my appointment reminding me of the visit and asking whether I was diabetic, which was clearly too late to be useful. Overall, the communication felt redundant and disorganized, as staff appeared to reach out without first verifying that confirmations and paperwork were already complete. On the day of our appointments, we arrived early and were greeted promptly upon entering. The receptionist was warm, efficient, and made check-in a pleasant experience. After that, we waited for some time before being called back for pre-testing. Once placed in the exam room, I waited an unusually long time before the provider, Dr. Yoon, came in. He was with a patient in the adjacent room, and I could clearly hear their entire conversation. This raised privacy concerns, and I would strongly recommend adding white noise machines or another sound-dampening solution in the exam rooms. When Dr. Yoon eventually entered, he did not introduce himself and demonstrated poor bedside manner. He repeated questions as though he was not listening and seemed rushed, likely due to the previous appointment running long. Regardless of the cause, the interaction felt hurried and dismissive, leaving me with the impression that he was eager to move on rather than engage thoughtfully. There also appeared to be an excessive number of sales associates on the floor, many of whom were gathered together chatting about lunch plans and socializing. That said, they were not overly pushy with sales, which I did appreciate. Unless you are seeking care solely because this location is convenient or one of the few options accepted by your insurance, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

  I had a great experience at Arbor Place Eye Care @ Camp Creek for my eye exam. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable. Check-in was quick and organized, and I didn’t have to wait long before being seen. The eye exam itself was thorough and easy to understand. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure my prescription was accurate. I never felt rushed, which I really appreciated. The staff was also very helpful when it came to discussing eyewear options and insurance, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Overall, the atmosphere was clean, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend Arbor Place Eye Care @ Camp Creek to anyone looking for quality eye care and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be returning for future visits.
