I wanted to get the Onelife membership, but as I walked through the door, the front desk lady harshly pointed her finger at me and shouted at me to get out. Before entering the gym, I was 100% sure that I would get the membership, but after the way she spoke to me and did not let me get close to the front desk, and did not even give me time to talk, she just kept shouting at me in front of everyone with a loud voice. This made me 100% sure that I will never set foot there again.
This happened at 5:50 PM on Saturday, April 4th. Unfortunately, this experience made me sure that I will not recommend this place to my friends. Very unprofessional behavior.

The only i like about this gym is the locker room is very clean, but this gym is too small for the amount of people be there working out, u can forget about doing legs, most of stuff is always taking. Too many people making videos and dress code is out of hand also.

Julian made my visit to OneLife Fitness an amazing experience. He was extremely personable and had such a positive energy that made the whole tour enjoyable. He walked me through the entire facility, highlighting everything from the workout areas to the extra amenities, and made sure I understood how everything worked.
I appreciated how patient and attentive he was—he really listened to what I was looking for and tailored the tour to fit my goals and interests. It didn’t feel like a typical sales pitch at all, just a genuine conversation with someone who’s passionate about fitness and helping others.
If you’re thinking about joining OneLife Fitness, I definitely recommend connecting with Julian. He made me feel confident and excited about getting started!

I had a great experience at OneLife Fitness today thanks to Julian. From the moment he greeted me, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. He gave a thorough tour of the facility, taking the time to explain all the equipment, amenities, and programs available without making it feel rushed or overwhelming.
What really stood out was how knowledgeable and approachable he was—he answered all of my questions confidently and made me feel comfortable, whether I was asking about workouts, classes, or membership options. You can tell he truly cares about helping people feel confident getting started.
Overall, Julian made a strong first impression and definitely represents the gym in the best way. I’d highly recommend asking for him if you’re considering joining!

My wife and I were members of OneLife Fitness Perimeter for about 3–4 years. Overall, our experience was good, but over the past year we noticed a steady decline in quality.
There were several occasions where multiple machines were broken and would take forever to get repaired. We overlooked it because the location of the gym is perfect and they offer a great variety of equipment.
The main reason we ultimately decided to leave was the overcrowding. I understand that gyms aren’t going to turn people away, but the facility became unbearably crowded to the point where it was nearly impossible to find an open machine or a set of dumbbells to use.
Instead of attempting to improve the situation, they made it worse by closing off a large section of the gym during peak hours for "private training". This area would sometimes be reserved for just one person while the rest of the gym was packed. The closed off area contains a ton of equipment and accessories, so closing it off made everything else jam packed.
What was even more annoying is the trainers would often take and hoard dumbbells or other equipment in the outside area and proceed to move them into their closed section for their sessions but yet we couldn't take anything from inside.
The overcrowding and the way space and equipment were being managed is complete chaos.
We honestly weren't even planning to leave a review until the inconvenience we experienced trying to cancel our memberships. Customer support was incredibly difficult to deal with. For the past two years, my annual membership fee of $66 had always been charged on the same day, but conveniently enough, the day after I attempted to cancel my membership, I was charged weeks in advance. They refused to refund me, so I had to dispute the charge, and it was ultimately waived by my bank.
Overall, if you don't go to the gym between 5pm-7:30pm, then as long as the machines work, you will have a good experience. But if you typically go directly after work like we did, I would recommend testing out a few other gyms before committing.
