Decided to move my prescriptions over to Kroger after CVS misinformed me multiple times that my prescription was filled via text but had to wait for them to fill it while I was in the store, among a few other hiccups. This Kroger always goes over and beyond to help me. Once, a pharmacist used their own personal app to get me a coupon. They always greet me warmly, seem happy to see me and move quickly to fill my RX. I’ve never experienced better customer service at a pharmacy!

She also initiates help with insurance and at times when her pharmacy did not have a medicine we needed quickly, she called around the area and found another Kroger pharmacy that did have it in stock for us.
