I called in to the gym because I needed help with billing and was told to call the home club listed on my account by online technical support. Melissa, the unkind lady who answered the phone, could not help me at all, and didn’t even seem to understand how billing worked. She said I needed to call back during a weekday from 9-5, so I could get real help, but unfortunately, I have a job and cannot call during “regular business hours” (24 hour gym btw). As much as PF says it has “no commitments” and you can “cancel anytime,” it is all a lie because the second I try to cancel my membership (I bought a house in another city and can no longer attend the gym), they try to charge me an annual fee for the upcoming year. Definitely shady business tactics, and no helpful customer service whatsoever.
