- AAAngela Armijo2 days ago1.0Sent my daughter to pick up our prescriptions, she did not know exactly what was being picked up but when I got home, there was one missing. That's fine, I understand that we are all humans and can make mistakes, not a problem. Addressed the issue with the pharmacist a couple days later, and they insisted that I "go back home and check again". Excuse me? I checked. Several times. I'm not stupid, I know how to count and read. The prescription was not in the bag. And they can't give me the prescription now because there wasn't a refill. Are you serious?? This was not MY mistake, it was YOUR PHARMACY'S mistake, don't tell me to go home and check again, make it right! I should have known better and switched pharmacies back when they filled my eyedrop prescription with an eardrop medication and I almost burned my eyeball out and all they could say was "oops sorry, my bad". OOPS, SORRY I GAVE YOUR PHARMACY ANOTHER CHANCE. Won't make that mistake again.

Today, I visited four pharmacies before arriving here, and the staff here appear to be both courteous and highly knowledgeable. I hope my 5-star rating will bring them some happiness after their work today.
- RCRosy ChiuJan 12, 20241.0Confusing on when shots are offered. I came in 30 mins before closing and was faced with an attitude saying shots are only given certain hours of the day. How would people know that? They don’t give shots an hour before opening, during their lunch time, or an hour before closing, but then again the hours are different day so who knows
