The majority of the people who are in customer service are extremely arrogant and unhelpful when it comes to attention. They always have an attitude of not solving and treat customers in a contemptuous manner and do not provide a solution to those of us who come here for our medicines. I want to remind you that Kroger is not doing me a favor by placing a store here for people to buy, on the contrary, customers decide to come and buy in this store. But if the employees believe they own the store and treat customers badly, what could happen? And I am very sure that the owner of Kroger would not treat me like these employees do. This situation has already happened on several occasions and I had not wanted to leave it in writing, but today it exhausted my patience with mistreatment.
