    I want to thank Dr Nelson,melvin,the young lady that helped dr nelson and those receptionists. For a very nice visit 3/17/2026. Dr Nelson took time and explained what was going on in my eye I really want to thank him for that .

    Medical staff great. The proceess for appointments is horrible. In january had an appointment, got mail reminder week out and text 1-2days before. Took day off work and was there at 9am and told they canceled my appt 2 weeks before and filled it. Refused to see me. The scheduled in feb. 3 days before get call saying need to cancel and reschedule as they said i am new patient. Been twice in year. So not nt new. They looked said i have 2 records and be here today. Once saw check in person who did initial tests and dr nelson, they were great. Both said computer has problem
