  My elderly Aunt has an old hearing aid. Recently she disconnected the tube from the ear piece. The tube was old and dirty. Rhonda, office manager and Debbie the technician wee so polite to us! My aunt is a bit of a hand full sometimes and Rhonda helped her feel heard and appreciated. Debbie replaced the tube and adjusted the size. At no cost. My aunt was pleased and perhaps will agree to a new hearing aid from them! Thank you both so much.

From the moment I walked in, Rhonda at the front desk greeted me with kindness and professionalism. That first impression meant a lot! I knew that this would be a good experience! My care with Debbie Sterling was nothing short of exceptional. The time, knowledge, patience, and understanding she gave me were truly appreciated and valued. She worked with me until my hearing was just right, and the results have been amazing for me as a hearing aid wearer. I have never received this level of service before. Never! I had been going to another Miracle-Ear location, going through the motions, but when I couldn’t get an appointment, I decided to try the Dublin office. What a blessing waiting to happen!!! I have been there twice and am already scheduled for a May follow-up appointment. Now I only want to go to Miracle-Ear in Dublin, GA. I left not only hearing the best ever, but truly feeling cared for. If you are looking for hearing care from knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely concerned professionals, I highly recommend Miracle-Ear in Dublin, Georgia. I stand by that!
