It is rare that we can just show up and pick up a prescription. The majority of the time there is a reason they cannot do their job. It is exhausting. Just a few items that shows their low low standards, the car line takes way too long, and with minutes to spare at closing time they will shut the window in your face. It really sucks going another 24 hours with kidney stones! Thanks Kroger pharmacy! I could go on and on and on.
- NRNumar RoseNov 22, 20193.0The pharmacy drive thru takes forever to get through it. They will allow someone to stay at the window for 10 minutes or longer. I'm waiting in line and know my item is ready and it doesn't take me 10 minutes or more at the window. The employee at the window should ask the customer who has a long wait to go to the back of the line or park until they are finished filling their prescription. Kroger should text them when it's ready.
