She was pregnant and took maternity leave so the day before Thanksgiving I went in only for drug screen as Dr.Michaud and I had a plan set out after seeing the surgeon again. I had a wreck 2 years ago and the pain hasn't subsided so was basically told I had to live with it so last call appointment we discussed about getting the meds correctly. I had to see this new doctor once yesterday Nov. 26 2025. I never count the pills I let them do it. I was told I was 4 days short but that wasn't even true and if the doctor cared to listen or stay more than a total of 30 seconds I could have told him I had 9 in my pill box at work with lyrica that was subscribed. I called back 3x only to be hugged and puffed at due to calling. I didn't matter NoONE cared! It was the most cold and hateful experience I have witnessed from someone who calls themselves a medical professional. Dr. Prime or Prune I'm not sure but I feel sorry for anyone who has this so called professional as a doctor! Again,I never met him and he wouldn't hear me out and he absolutely could have cared less! All this being said I forgive him and the lady up front who took $400 of my money that suppose to be reimbursed according to my insurance company as I tried to talk to billing but was huffed and puffed on that as well. No Weapon formed shall prosper and God don't like ugly. Dr.Michaud I pray all is going well with pregnancy and I thank you for treating me like a human being!
