  Reschedules have always been bad but I was forced to wait 2 hours in a waiting room after initially being seen on my first appointment. One day last year I missed an appointment and called several times but nobody ever answered. Finally got someone to answer and I'm told I have to be revaluated. I hope I won't have to wait long for that.

  Saw the therapist once. Second visit after waiting 40 minutes and not being called back I left. My next appointment was rescheduled to November. I just got a call that the November appointment is being rescheduled for December or January because he doesn’t work in November and probably won’t work in December. This therapist is half retired and only works one week a month. They have no other therapist I can see with my insurance.
