Jonathan or “Jon” was great during my health assessment! Even though I didn’t do full training sessions with him, he still made a really strong impression. He walked me through a light mobility assessment and was very attentive, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He took the time to explain things clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. You can tell he genuinely cares and wants to help people start their fitness journey the right way. I’d definitely recommend him!

a daycare worker at the Onelife Facility in Douglasville clapped her hands in my daughters face, hit the wall close to her face, sat her in time out until my husbands workout was finished- this included going to the bathroom. My immediate reaction was “this is the wrong kid”. To know my daughter is to love her, immediately. I called the gym, they confessed that yes there was an altercation between my 2 YEAR OLD and this grown adult woman. HR had been involved and the staff member who told me about it explained that management had told them not tell me nor my husband or she would be terminated. While there was an HR investigation there was never an alert to me or my husband in the safety concerns of our child. My emotions supersede disappointment. I was angry. This woman was volatile, aggressive, and violent towards my two year old. The reason? She threw a toy. I spoke with management and got a meek “sorry” and a refund for this month’s membership. I also canceled all of our memberships. I would normally NEVER do this, but if you take your child to Onelife in Douglasville, be weary of the childcare staff. Not one person protected my child, stood up to the coward who was abusing her, or came forward- except one. Do. Not. Leave. Your. Kids. There. PLEASE. They did NOT terminate the team member even after an HR investigation and it is my understanding she is still employed by Onelife. This type of behavior only escalates.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was honestly shocking. The customer service was beyond disappointing. The employee with the long braids was extremely unfriendly and dismissive from the moment I walked up. I politely asked for a smoothie, and instead of responding or clarifying anything, she literally walked away mid-conversation.
No acknowledgment. No “I’ll be right back.” Nothing.
It felt incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. If someone doesn’t want to work in customer service, they shouldn’t. Customers deserve basic courtesy and communication.
