They exceeded my expectations as anytime the VA referral process is hit or miss. Smile by Design is a solid hit. The staff is welcoming and professional. I felt that I was the priority patient while I was there. Dr Jen explained everything and answered questions - I appreciate her skill and professionalism. 🙏🏼 Too bad other dentists don’t participate in the community care for veterans (I’m looking at you Carrollton dentists). I highly recommend for all your dental work. 🫡

Of course, this was traumatic and I was super stressed out. I needed somebody who could see me immediately, of course! Dr. Jen hooked me up! She did such a great job on my filling, you can't even tell that I had a chipped tooth. It looks amazing! I was so pleased with her AND her work. Then, I decided to use them again to get a cleaning. I was hesitant because I had not had one in a while and wasn't sure what to expect. Tasha was so pleasant and gentle with me and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. This office truly cares about their patients! The receptionist, Sherrie, was also wonderful. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to get me an appointment right away BOTH times! I now have a dentist for life. Thanks to Smile by Design for such a wonderful experience. See you soon!
