Yesterday was my first time being seen by Stephanie, though. She patiently took the time to work through and fix an ongoing issue I had with one of my hearing aids. I left hearing far better than I have in months because she wouldn't stop experimenting with settings and domes until we found the perfect fix. Thanks Stephanie.
