  Stephanie was fantastic. She took her time because My hearing aid had not been adjusted in quite awhile several resets had to be made. Stephanie is the ultimate representative for Miracle Ear!

  Stephanie did a hearing test on me and checked out my hearing aids. cleaned them and went over my test, all went well and was pleasent

  I have been a client at Douglasville Miracle Ear for about 2 years and have always had a great experience with the staff, from being greeted at the front desk and my dealings with other staff. Yesterday was my first time being seen by Stephanie, though. She patiently took the time to work through and fix an ongoing issue I had with one of my hearing aids. I left hearing far better than I have in months because she wouldn't stop experimenting with settings and domes until we found the perfect fix. Thanks Stephanie.
