Sean was patient knowledgeable and very personable! Dee was the icing on the cake! Both team were a joy to work with during this time where customer service and pleasantry is non existent

Had a terrible experience at this location today. Came in to return a pair of glasses I purchased and the sales associate asked the manager Rex to assist me with the return and he looked at me and threw his hands up and said something to him and walked off to do an adjustment for the “others “ and let the sales associate Sean assist. I have purchased 3 pair of glasses there in a 2 year span and to be treated like that was really appalling. I’ll be going to another location where EVERYONE no matter the skin color is treated fairly!

Terrible experience with Christin! I’ve never met someone as rude and unprofessional as Christin — her attitude was completely unnecessary and downright nasty. The way she speaks to people is unbelievable and makes the entire experience unpleasant. Thankfully, not everyone there is like her. Liana and Rex are absolutely wonderful — they’re polite, patient, and truly care about customers. If it weren’t for them, I’d never come back. Christin seriously needs to learn how to treat people with basic respect.

She was so kind, thoughtful, and helpful!! My wife and I had a great experience. She went above and beyond to ensure we had all the support and information we needed. I got a great pair of glasses ordered.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
