- JTJackie TFeb 22, 20261.0They hate to answer their phone. When they do, they act like you're a burden. They don't inform you if your doctor has called in a prescription for you. They don't inform you when your prescriptions are filled. They more often than not are out of common prescriptions. They'll tell you they are going to contact your doctor, they don't. There is literally nothing good to say about this pharmacy. I've used them for 20 years. They have tanked into the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered over the last four years. I'm finding a new pharmacy.

It was clear that the young lady was new as she sought clarification from the pharmacist in order to complete my request. I, too, have been in a position of learning and have made many mistakes in the process; but what I have NEVER done is to turn my confusion into a defense mechanism towards the customer! After handing her a $20 bill in payment, I waited to receive my change...she then proceeded to place the bills on the counter, sprinkled the change on top and handed me the bag, without ever making eye contact! I was beyond insulted by her ignorant actions, which were intentional, immature and sad. I honestly hope that she receives some advice on customer service and/or etiquette because she most definitely needs it!
