    I called in to check on the status of some meds. They kept me on hold and then hung up on me. I called several times and the same thing continued. By the time I did get a hold of somebody they said the medication would be readyand it would be about 4 hours before I pick them up. I gave them 5 1/2 hours and when I got there, not only was it not ready.....they said it had to be ordered. This is by far the worse pharmacy I've ever been too.

    My daughter had been throwing up so I was going to use the window seeing as the website chose this location instead of chapel hill which is where I always go. But the window was closed so I parked in pickup to try and call see if they would help me out due to a sick kid and bring it to pickup. The phone rang over and over and over and over I walked instead still ringing and no answer ever. Stood there 5 min before helped face to face . Ladies all had their faces down not caring about anything around them. Last time I had an issue it was major is wore I’d never come back (they said my meds would take a few hours but took 3 days I had to go to the ER) but due to the mishap online I had to because I’m epileptic and needed my medication ASAP and they already made me wait days once before. This is without a doubt the WORST pharmacy idk who trains these people but they do not give any cares about their job or customers. I’m shocked there’s even 2 stars

    Terrible customer service in the pharmacy I took my three kids out to get my husband's prescriptions that I was told would be ready at 5:45 by Tish. I get there and am told they won't be ready till 6:30. I explained to the my situation and they were very rude and didn't care!!! I hate big chained pharmacys they don't care about there customers at all!!!
