Extremely long wait times for your prescriptions to be filled and terrible customer service. I have not been able to get on the phone with the pharmacy for weeks. They put you on hold and then hang up on you. I tried to get a prescription that was supposed to be ready weeks ago and they had no record of it. I went in person and the technician said she wasn’t able to see any info on it. When I asked for a solution because I cannot get in touch with anyone who can help me, she said “it is what it is” and that the service I receive is “just what you get”. This is outrageous and unacceptable for the company. And it’s not just this pharmacy. It’s several I’ve been to. Are there any good pharmacies anymore?

This is the worst grocery store and pharmacy I've ever been to in my life. that never have anything on the shelves and every single staff member treats you like you are a thief and will watch you and follow you down aisles. The pharmacy lies you about your meds does not call you whenever they don't have any stock they are racist and rude they purposely will take forever on your prescriptions and knowing that you need them and they will purposely make sure you don't get your prescriptions when you desperately need them do not go to the store.

Lana and her employees are very rude. They were in there talking about everything except there job. Every single time i come here they can NEVER fond our info so i have to resubmit every single time. Not to mention i sat there over an hour WHEN THERE WAS ZERO OTHER CUSTOMERS. I finally walked to the counter and ask what they delay was and the rudest worker (did not get her name) couldn’tfind his info that fast!!!! I just gave it to them when i first checked in. So then she finally found it started slamming pill bottles around told me to sign and tossed his meds to me. No one asked if i needed someone to go over the medication with me or anything she just tossed it and said nothing else! This is not the first experience i have had at this facility. Hands down this is the worst pharmacy ever

They are slow, no communication concerning if your prescriptions are ready or if they even have them. My Aunt was discharged from the hospital and she had to wait for the truck two days, did not call to say it did not come. I called & asked if they could see if the Kroger on Hwy 5 had it in stock & yes it was there. This Kroger pharmacy was my favorite, they still have a few individuals who are from good days & I thank God for them.

Used to be a decent pharmacy. When they changed from a 24 hour pharmacy they really went downhill. They told me my Dr never called back to approve refill. Found out a month later when they called to say my prescription was ready, Dr had called it in a month earlier. By then I had already gotten another pharmacy to fill it. They insisted on me waiting over an hour for pain medicine I needed when I'd just had surgery. I was in no shape to wait, but they insisted their phoned in stuff had to be done first and I had to wait my turn. Second surgery they sent me to another store cause they didn't have any pain meds. Huh??? So I not only had to wait around to be told that, I had to go far off to get my prescription filled. Not good customer service when you see someone bandaged up and still suffering effects of anesthesia. Now, today, my prescription that was to be ready yesterday, 24 hours ago, still has not been filled. And they're not open. They could at least open at 7 am for people to collect their meds on the way to work. Taking all prescriptions elsewhere to be transferred now. Good bye Kroger Hospital Dr. I was loyal to you, but you weren't loyal back. Update: now they no longer text you that your prescription is ready, and they don’t answer the phone. Got my last refill there. Have switched ALL prescriptions elsewhere.
