Horrible customer service... Staff is rude and the pharmacist seem to be disorganized and short with customers.
I've been using this pharmcy for about 7 months and i absolutely dreed going for refills. I alway have at least a three day wait for my refill; longer if the medication is out of stock.
I can only order refills two days in advance because its considered a contrlled medication.

Came in at 9:00 to get a prescription I really need and I don't have a lot of time. It's 913 and this slow pharmacy has served exactly one customer since they've opened and there is a line. Don't come here is you can help it! They are chronically short staffed so bad that they've placed 4 chairs in the line! Ridiculous!

The service is horrible there they do not care about their patients. The wait time is usually 45 minutes to an hour sometimes an hour and a half. The staff is rude especially the pharmacist. They switch pharmacist on maybe a three month basis because of the complaints that patients give. They speak very rudely to their patients. I had went there for years and put up with nothing but rudeness and finally got fed up and went to a much nicer Pharmacy where I've had absolutely no problems whatsoever. Do not go to this Pharmacy.

The worst pharmacy ever, today is Wednesday the 15th of September 2016 it is currently 11:30PM eastern standard time, the dumb pharmacist that works at this hour refuses to fill a prescription from the crap drug pumping hospital for my wife that is in the car right next to their exterior window, I just brought her from the hospital across the street, lost my wallet and have no way to ID because of some acetomenophin garbage the hospital gives to brush you off, ANYWAY, as the time suggests if someone is reading this then you know the moron that I am talking about as the so called "pharmacist" with a white coat. I show him my wife's ID she's knocked out in the car from the stupid hospital (when she should be operated on immediately) I also point to the exterior window where he can easily see her in A HOSPITAL ROBE AND SHE NEEDS HELP and this idiot (that's a nice way of putting it) tells me (her husband) that I need to have ID to pick up a medication (when I clearly have her ID, he can clearly see through the outside window "there she is! All drugged up from the idiots at the hospital! Just look through the shiny clean glass here is her ID!!!) I have 2 broken shoulders, do you want me to carry her in? Nooooooo, somebody with ID has to pick it up..never again, I'll pay an extra dollar or 2 but get a place that will actually care about its loyal customers. Again, look at the time of day and look at the date, if you go there when this shmuck is working don't expect professional service.

Poor customer service. Unpleasant experience. And the bathroom smelt like fecal matter after I used the toilet. If I could rate a negative star I would. Hope that helped. It unfortunate that I keep returning. Yolo
