Well apparently I missed my yearly cleaning( not usual for me) when I called to set the appointment I was immediately pushed on a deep cleaning and was really quite rude about it. (Red flag) the whole reason we moved to this dentist was because one in Hiram did the push on deep cleanings and then marked us as gum disease. This creates issues with your insurance. We don’t have gum disease and missed one cleaning. Just disheartening as I’ve always trusted this office. Now I have to find another.
