This was my third visit. They are friendly and professional. They explain thoroughly and let me know what is realistic in my expectations. When I first went, I could barely walk and they got me moving like I was 20 years younger! This visit is different but I am in good hands.

We were so thankful the office was able to fit us in right after their lunch break for a pediatric broken arm that needed casting. The staff was kind and courteous, and we truly appreciated being seen so quickly!
One area for improvement would be introductions—none of the medical staff introduced themselves when entering the exam room, which felt a bit impersonal. I was also a little put off by the doctor’s assumption that we would travel from out of town for multiple follow-up visits, as he suggested there may be 3–4 more appointments. Overall, we are very grateful for the care provided and happy with the service during a stressful and unplanned visit.

I am satisfied with the overall service at this facility, though sometimes there’s a longer than expected wait time. I feel certain that it’s because of Dr. Barber wanting to be thorough to provide each patient with an adequate amount of time for their treatment. The front staff has always been professional and courteous at each visit as well as when I’ve had to call.

We are from Colorado and my daughter broke her leg while on vacation from the trampoline, and we went to the hospital and they transferred us to the orthopedic and they were so good to my daughter that they made her feel comfortable. They casted her leg and I was very impressed.
