I’m here because my frame broke and I lost a lens; company policy is that they can’t be reduplicated. I have to have an eye exam! Even though I’ve had cataract surgery with lens implants and there was very little change in my last RX. Peterman even asked me upon my previous visit why I was there!
So, this day, I’m here to get the exam that is necessary!
Waiting room is packed. There is one physician!
I had to stand in line while one person checked checks one guy, but two evaluations in.
My appointment, and obviously several others, was at 2:10 PM. According to the PUBLIC SIGN-IN sheet the next increment following was at 2:20 PM. That was the end of my observation of the sign-in list. After providing my ‘means of payment’ I was theprompt to have a seat and someone would be with me soon!
At 2:40 PM the assistant comes for me and starts her routine. My eyes are dilated and I’m told to sit again.along one with the other 5-6! Just waiting.
Finally, I’m called in to see the physician, who was very nice and professional! But, it takes her 15 min minutes to do what I’m actually there for!
And, at this point I’m handed an appt card for NEXT year!
Next step——wait again! Folks are lined up!
John Moore, the lab technician, is NOT paid enough and I have no idea what his salary is! But, whatever it is, is NOT ENOUGH!
I walked out at 4:40 PM!!
You size it up? What would you have to say! I don’t like to CHANGE physicians, but really!
This was ridiculous! What was important to the company was that appointment card! Let us get you back in here in a year, Succor!
REALLY?

Did not have a good experience. I was told when I made a appointment that they took my insurance. Then when I go to the appointment. I am told that they won't accept my insurance. They ended up do our exam but would not fill our subscription and let us order glasses. Now we are stuck trying to find someone else to fill our subscription. Me and my husband are very much disappointed
