- CSChristine ShugartNov 18, 20251.0PROFILED BY THIS ESTABLISHMENT. The audacity of the experience I just had here is still blowing my mind right now. It started wonderful in the surgery center as my daughter was to have a tonsillectomy. Everyone was great. The place looked nice. We checked in and were brought back pretty quickly. Everyone was friendly and went over the rules what to expect and post op. Brought us our paperwork, prescription, a cute stuffed bear and certificate and even a kids bible. After ALL this. The nurse comes in and says “So is anybody in here high?” THE LOOK ON MY FACE YALL. WHAT?!? HIGH?! So to shorten this a little- they told me they couldn’t do my daughter’s surgery, because they smelled weed and it was “coming stronger from our room” and basically that made us incompetent for our daughter. The only thing I imagine is that I hit my vape without thinking (out of anxiety) I apologized profusely. I don’t even know what to say. We drove an hour and a half for this. Hope everyone else has a better experience.
