- MJMrs. J JenkinsMay 7, 20253.0I had a problem with one person when I was there but I haven't seen her in a minute so she probably gone thank God because she will cause problems just to get people kicked out. I have been going here for about 4 yrs now and now I can't get my meds at all. They say the new Dr Whitehead in under investigation just like Dr Leslie. So getting your meds is almost impossible. Now I have to call back to see if I can get through to get my coins back because I absolutely cannot get the service I paid for. I hate this happened to them because so many changes have been made for the better but the gov/state won't stop messing with them. The staff has always been good to me. The speed has gotten soooooo much better. It just suck 😔 😪 that I had to go to another Dr to get what I needed for my injuries. I wish them well and hopefully they can recover from this. But with the state bothering them this place is probably not going to last long. When the pharmacies(I have went to plenty) are telling you they won't fill for the Dr because they are under investigation yeah it's time you move on. I WISH THEM ALL NOTHING BUT THE BEST!!!

She had a situation today where she switched her insurance and didn't realize she had a deductible of $200 to pay today. She did not have the cash on her and I was not able to get to her. She tried to get help from the front desk staff who told her she could not have anyone to pay over the phone using a credit card. I called them and advocated with the front desk, whom were a little blasé about the matter and slightly curt. they switched me to the billing manager (i think it's his title), Frederick Warren, he explained why they no longer accept payments in such a manner. We were able to reason out a way that allowed my mom to be seen today. Thank you Mr. Warren.
