This used to be a very good pharmacy but it has gone downhill quickly. I don't know how much of it has to do with the quality of the company as a whole vs. the employees of this specific pharmacy, but over the past few months I haven't had a single positive experience here. Once, I was notified that my prescription was ready only to get there and be told they "can't find it", which I understand can be a system issue possibly (it wasn't, they just weren't looking on a lower rung of the pick up area). But the worst experience for me was one I had with one of the pharmacists. I had been prescribed a medicine I'd never taken before, so when I was asked if I had questions for the pharmacist I said yes. This pharmacist was in my eyeline and I literally watched them hear that I said yes and heave the BIGGEST sigh and roll their eyes. They didn't come over, the tech I was speaking to eventually went over to them and said I had questions, and they waved them off. Finally they come over, rudely ask what questions I have, and when I asked my questions and told them what the medicine was, they said "Well, let me see the bottle." They then proceeded to speak very rudely and condescendingly to me to BARELY answer my question. What a terrible experience. I will be finding a new pharmacy.

Literally the worst Pharmacy ever. They tried to lure me in with a $50 grocery coupon, to switch prescriptions. I said why not and started the process. I had to make 5 trips because the first person took my prescription wrong, third person said they made a call to my old pharmacy, but never did and so on. Finally when the prescription was switched, they said I did not qualify for the coupon, because it was never filled at the old pharmacy. I have been at the old pharmacy for 3 years, so that was a lie. I ended up just telling them to not do anything and went back to my old pharmacy. Last time I fall for a trap like this. On another note, this Kroger is not good at all, it is unorganized and I have never met a friendly staff member here. There is Publix opening down the road and I can't wait for that, so we can switch away from this mess.

I have been a customer at this pharmacy for 20 years. Since Scott and the staff who worked with him left it has gone to hell. Again today they don’t have a medication I get every month. They have to order it but I am out. They won’t take a prescription early and hold it. And won’t listen when I call to say my prescription is due in 4 days so they can order it. Instead they are out. The tech hung up on me when I asked to speak to a pharmacist. I have spent thousands of dollars at that pharmacy and shop there weekly. Not any more.
