  I went in for annual exam. I shared at check-in I had new insurance. Saw Cole, shared my concerns, told me my eyes were pretty healthy and I left. A month later I get a bill that was quite high. I called 4 different times, talked with 4 different people over 3 mos. I never could get a straight answer nor did anyone seem interested in following up. 3rd call, talked with Roe and she stated she would follow up in a week...never happened. 4th person told me that I had a medical condition that my eye insurance wouldn't have covered so they charged my medical insurance. When she shared my medical issue, I asked would that require a follow up appointment or medicine and she said yes. I told her that I was never told I had an issue with my eyes, nor was I scheduled for a follow up appt or prescribed anything. I also pointed out that they never updated my insurance information so they apparently charged what they had on file, meaning no one updated a damn thing. 5th time is a charm. I go into the office to speak with someone. I'm told no one is onsite and to call a number. There is one person over all of the billing and she had just returned to work. So there isn't a backup? No one else can handle escalations? I am then told...they don't take my new insurance. So for 3mos no one bothered to even share that? Even when I initially came in for my exam? Like what type of circus are we running? The worst damn customer service I have encountered in years. I personally shared this with my benefits program manager at work and asked for this provider to be removed from our referral list. I would rate negative stars but this not an option.

  Dr. O and her staff were very polite and professional. They made the process as comfortable as possible. The wait time was less than twenty minutes and out in about 90 minutes. Thanks, again for your professionalism.

  The staff was on point, so very professional and kind, but the doctor was not. I have been seeing my doctor, Dr. Goldstein and she is a DIVA, and very professional, but today due to my schedule I was seen by a different doctor Dr. SAILOR. She was nice, but she seemed to be in a hurry and ready to go. She was telling me everything looks good time she opened the door. I asked her if today's results look like last year's results or were they worse or the same. She said they are good, but didn't show me the comparison or anything. I had to ask her what was my eye pressure. She rushed me and was not professional at all. She made me feel like I was using too much of her time and she wasn't paying my questions any attention. I only hope that she looked and reviewed my results correctly!!

  March 18, 2026, I was a new patient with the clinic. Dr. Cole McDougall, OD was awesome. And he listened patiently as I asked him several questions. He is a very knowledgeable and professional medical provider. My eyes are feeling so much better today. And my vision is clearer. I most definitely recommend Dr. Cole McDougall, for optometry care!
